How to Properly Introduce Dietary Supplements into Your Domestic Cat's Diet
First of all, it is essential to understand how cats perceive the world around them, with their primary orientation tool being their sense of smell. Through scent, they recognize their territory, family, food, dangers, and much more. It is normal for cats to be initially suspicious when faced with new odors, even if they are associated with appetizing food. For instance, a cat accustomed to eating mostly white meat might react with caution to a piece of beef, not because it doesn’t smell good, but because, instinctively, it senses that processing new foods could be more complex, as each type of food requires a specific intestinal microbiota for proper digestion. The same applies to dietary supplements: a new smell, or more precisely, an unfamiliar smell, could make your cat defensive.

For this reason, it is important never to add vitamins, proteins, or oils to your cat's diet in amounts equal to the full daily dose from the first day. On the first day, it is recommended not to exceed 25% of the recommended dose and to gradually increase the amount until the full daily dose is reached within a week.
COMPONENTS
FELINE GROW
TAURIN
An adequate amount of taurine is essential for retinal development. Deficiency of this amino acid during lactation can cause dilated cardiomyopathy.
VITAMIN A
It is very important during the growth and remodeling of bones.
Pregnant and lactating cats must have a diet sufficiently supplied with vitamin A, because it is transferred into the milk and supplied to the kittens in this way.
Young cats / kittens build up a reserve of vitamin A but as they grow the reserves are emptied and therefore we must help.
LYSINE
Is an essential amino acid that helps your feline to be ready to meet the respiratory infections that can find around. It helps to produce immune cells and strongly recommended in delicate periods as matting, breastfeeding and other stress moments.
VITAMIN D3
Vitamin D3, or as they call it the anti-rachitic vitamin is essential to prevent rickets in young Bengals and osteomalacia in adults.
Young kittens and lactating females are more susceptible to vitamin D deficiency.
The rich source of vitamin D3 is fish liver, but if we don't feed it to them, we can easily compensate it with Breed Helper.
VITAMIN B1
THIAMINE
Thiamine present in the necessary quantity helps to keep the central and peripheral nervous system in order and avoid muscular asthenia.
Regular intake of Thiamine positively influences the appetite of your feline.
VITAMIN B2
It promotes growth and is especially important for kittens. The presence of Vitamin B2 helps keeping your cat's appetite normal and prevents skin problems and hair loss.
VITAMIN B3
NIACINE
The correct daily dose of Vitamin B3 helps your cat maintain a healthy gastrointestinal system, prevents nervous disorders, dermatitis and decreases the possibility of having stomach problems.
It promotes your Bengal's appetite.
VITAMIN B5
PANTOTENIC ACID

VITAMIN B6
PRYDOXINE
Vitamin B6, also known as Pyridoxine, is another very important component of our Felin Grow supplement, which is essential to maintain the nervous system in perfect conditions. It helps to prevent anemia and dermatitis. It stimulates appetite and the growth of your bengal. Your felin can obtain small quantities of vitamine B6 from liver and other organs, but it won't be enough to prevent deficiencies.
VITAMIN B7
BIOTIN
Has to be present in your bengal's alimentation in order to prevent paw lesions and fur loss. It helps to prevent dermatit as well. The deficiency of biotin can slow down your cat's growth, for that reason it is very important for kittens during the development period and for mothers during lactation period.
VITAMIN B9
FOLIC ACID
It isn't a secret that this component in our supplement plays a very important role during pregnancies. Regular adding of folic acid gives us the possibility to prevent low fertility and malformations in kittens. It promotes growth and reduces the risk to anemias, leukoprnias and thrombocytopenias.
L-METHIONINE
We have added this essential amino acid to our Feline Grow supplement for a simple reason! We need to prevent urinary stones composed of struvite by acidifying the cat's urine. This helps maintain a normal urinary pH.
SELENIUM
Is a very important component for the establishment of the immune foundation of your bengal, but it also plays another crucial role especially for cat breeders because it encourages the cat's reproductivity.
COPPER
a basic component that absolutely cannot be missing from your Bengal cat's diet! Especially when it comes to reproduction. We have added this component to avoid reproductive, neurological and anemia disorders. It plays an important role in the formation of hair color. It makes your Bengal shiny and bright.
IRON
is a component of our Feline Grow supplement that plays an important role in preventing anemia in cats.
Iron deficiency can cause hypochromic and microcytic anemia in your Bengal, and for this reason we have decided to reduce the risk by adding it to our formula.
ZINC
is another key component of Feline Grow and supports your feline’s immune system. Zinc deficiency can cause anorexia and growth imbalances. It also plays an important role in your Begala’s reproductive health.
MAGNESIUM
the presence of magnesium in the formula of our supplement is not a surprise. The Bengal is a hybrid breed and is one of the most active breeds in the world among cats, so it needs support to reduce agitation and help it relax.
MILK THISTLE EXTRACT
which plays an important role in detoxifying your cat's body, is obtained from silymarin, an herb, also known as sacred thistle or wild artichoke. It helps detoxify the kidneys after the use of medicines and anti-parasitics and promotes regeneration and strengthening of liver function.
